Outsourcing Manager

You have chosen to outsource this project to Austin.  To successfully complete the project, the following files must be uploaded:

Preliminary Design Sheet (preferred format: TIF) 

Digitally scanned 1” = 50’ (scale is flexible) finalized land plan with set boundary control and penciled horizontal One Line with rough vertical information, paving, signage, topo, & existing utilities shown.  Design based on scaled lengths.  Important to leave “play” in the design so that any unforeseen conflicts can be easily resolved.  Be clear with your intent.  Design should be complete before initial submission. 
Control Document (preferred format: DWG)

Control document (i.e., plat) showing finalized baseline and ROW centerlines with annotation (curve & line data)

Overall Drawing (preferred format: DWG) 

Base drawing showing horizontal paving, lot layout, and existing utilities inside & outside of development area
Drainage Area Map (preferred format: TIF) 

Digitally scanned 1” = 50’ (scale is flexible) reproduction of Preliminary Design Sheet. Show roughly drawn drainage areas, scaled acreages (checked against plat area), flows, and pollution prevention information. 
Storm Calculations (preferred format: XLS) 

These can be submitted via spreadsheet or on a table on the drainage area map
Cut Sheet Layout (preferred format: TIF)

Digitally scanned 1” = 50’ (scale is flexible) reproduction of Preliminary Design Sheet. Defines limits of each sheet including BOP and EOP, where applicable.
Reference Material (preferred format: TIF) 

Digitally scanned information that may help Austin staff to complete plan production.   Can include, go-by material, drawings of existing facilities to be profiled, project specific details, etc. 
Topographic File (preferred format: DWG)  

Provides topographic information for indexes and natural ground profile  
Plan Set Details & Notes (preferred format: DWG)   

Legend - Contains legends for Water/Sanitary and Storm/Paving indexes   

Title Block - Pate's standard title block  

Title Block Text - Pate's standard title block text.

Cover Sheets - Pate's standard WS&D and paving cover sheets.

Note Sheet - Standard note sheet(s) for county or agency, as applicable  

Detail Sheets- Standard detail sheet(s) for county or agency, as applicable
