If the plan set meets your satisfaction, click the "90% Set Complete" button below.  Once 90% completion is verified, you can gather internal & agency comments, return to this page, and upload the drawings for the RACER team to commence work on the 100% set.

If modifications to the drawings must be made to achieve 90% status, click "Browse" to select up to 4 scanned drawing files that clearly show the modifications.  When finished, click "Submit Files."  Repeat this process until all files have been submitted.
